Kasperson Award received by GEEMaP Trainee Cristina Muñoz

Cristina Muñoz was the recipient of a Kasperson award for an abstract submission on her research paper regarding property acquisition mitigation and equity. Her paper will be highlighted in the J. X. Kasperson Student Paper Award Session at the 2015 Association of American Geographers annual meeting in Chicago, Illinois. The session is sponsored by The Hazards, Risks & Disasters Specialty Group (HRDSG) honoring the memory of Jeanne X. Kasperson.
